B2B prospect research and lead list building for outreach teams, full time since 2023. Most lead lists are built by searching job titles, so anyone holding the same job under a different name gets missed. On a recent pharma project the target function appeared under nine separate titles, and twice the responsibility sat with a Head of Production and a QC Manager instead. I work function first (search job titles by reading job function, not just keyword search) by opening each company individually then read the department and qualify.
