* Zapier, n8n and make.com automation pipelines to streamline lead routing and client data operations across portals, cutting down manual work significantly for the operations team. * Architected and built 5 role-based CRM portals from scratch, each serving a different user base including sales teams, retention teams, and management, with full ownership of frontend and backend across all portals. * Designed normalized PostgreSQL database schemas on Supabase and engineered real-time data synchronization across all portals, ensuring every user role always sees consistent, up-to-date information. * Built and deployed Supabase Edge Functions to handle serverless backend logic, automating business-critical workflows and secure third-party API integrations. * Integrated Aloware and Aircall power dialers directly into the CRM portals, enabling click-to-call and auto-dialing capabilities for both the sales and retention teams without leaving the platform. * Implemented real-time KPI dashboards and sales performance analytics across all portals, giving team leads live visibility into agent activity and team-level metrics.
