What do you need from me to start?
Your app URL (staging preferred), a test account, and a list of the user flows that matter most to you. If you don't have a list, no problem — I'll review your app and propose one before starting.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I'm happy to sign your NDA before you share any access or details. Confidentiality is standard practice in my QA career, and I never reference client projects without permission.
My app is in Japanese — can you handle it?
Yes, natively. I'm a Japanese QA engineer, so I can test Japanese and English apps equally well — including Japan-specific flows like JP payment methods and form input (zenkaku/hankaku, furigana).
How do we communicate?
Async and text-first. I'm based in Japan (JST / UTC+9) and provide clear written updates at every step — no meetings needed. I respond within a few hours during JST daytime and evenings.
What does "Claude Code AI" actually do here?
I use Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding agent) to accelerate test creation and maintenance. Every test is designed, reviewed, executed, and stabilized by me personally before delivery — AI speeds up the work, I guarantee the quality.
Which browsers and devices do you cover?
Playwright covers Chromium (Chrome/Edge), Firefox, and WebKit (Safari) out of the box. Mobile viewport emulation is included. I can also verify manually on real devices: Windows 11, iPhone, and Android.
Can you work with my existing test code?
Yes. I can audit your existing Playwright / Cypress / Selenium tests, fix flaky ones, and extend coverage — often cheaper than starting from scratch. Message me for a quick assessment first.
Who owns the code?
You do, 100%. All test code, configuration, and documentation are delivered to your repository (or as a zip) with full ownership. No lock-in — everything is standard open-source tooling.
What if tests break when my app changes?
I write tests with maintainability in mind (Page Object Model, stable selectors, no hard-coded waits). For ongoing changes, I offer maintenance on a per-update or monthly basis after delivery.
Can you test payment or login flows safely?
Yes. I use test/sandbox environments where available, and design tests to avoid destructive actions on production. We'll agree on the safe scope before I start.
