I worked with Mumilk, BLAHST and Pet Tech Shopify who needed reliable support to manage daily business operations and stay organized. The main goal was to reduce their workload, improve efficiency, and allow them to focus more on business growth. One of the key challenges was handling a high volume of emails, scheduling tasks, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. To solve this, I implemented structured systems for email and calendar management, organized workflows, and streamlined data entry processes. I also assisted with content scheduling, order management, and regular follow-ups to ensure nothing was missed. Through clear communication and proactive support, I helped create a smooth and efficient workflow. As a result, the client saved significant time each week, improved productivity, and was able to focus more on scaling their business.
