How fast can you start working on my Shopify store bug?
I usually reply within an hour and can start the same day in most cases. If your issue is urgent, message me before ordering so I can confirm my current availability.
Will my live Shopify store be affected while you work?
No. I duplicate your theme and work on the copy first. Once the fix is tested on desktop and mobile, I publish it to the live theme with your approval.
What access do you need from me?
Shopify collaborator access or staff access with theme editing permission. I never ask for your login password.
What if the bug comes back after delivery?
If the same issue reappears after my fix, I will correct it during the support period included in your package at no extra cost.
Can you fix bugs caused by a third-party app?
In most cases, yes. App conflicts are usually caused by leftover code or script order. If the issue is inside the app itself, I will tell you clearly and suggest the next step.
