What do you need from me to get started?
Please send your website or product demo, logo, brand colors, target audience, key features, preferred video length, and final call to action. Figma screens, screenshots, or a screen recording are also helpful.
Can you help me with the script?
Yes. Script refinement is available for Basic, while complete scriptwriting is included in Standard and Premium. I will structure the message around the audience’s problem, your product’s value, and a clear payoff.
Can you work with an unfinished SaaS product?
Yes. I can work from Figma screens, wireframes, screenshots, or a clearly explained product flow. Your SaaS does not need to be publicly launched, but I need enough visual information to represent it accurately.
Do you provide voice-over?
You may supply your own voice-over, or I can arrange a professional voice artist as a Gig Extra. Please specify the language, accent, gender, and tone before ordering.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes within the approved script and storyboard, such as text, colors, timing, or small visual adjustments. New scenes, a rewritten script, or a different direction after animation begins may require an extra fee.
Will the video match my brand?
Yes. I will use your logo, colors, fonts, UI assets, and visual guidelines to create a video that feels consistent with your product and brand identity.
Do you use templates?
No recycled explainer templates. The visual direction, typography, UI treatment, transitions, and pacing are developed around your product, audience, and message.
Can you create vertical and square versions?
Yes. Premium includes 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 versions. Additional aspect ratios can also be purchased as a Gig Extra for Basic or Standard.
