I manage the daily production and operations of a packaged vegetable processing facility that supplies supermarkets. Our end-to-end workflow includes purchasing vegetables from wholesale markets, receiving and inspecting raw materials, cold-storage inventory management, material issuing, sorting, processing, packaging, and daily delivery to supermarket customers. I lead and coordinate five core departments: • Planning Department – collects and consolidates daily orders, prepares operational spreadsheets, enters data into business systems, and supports production planning. • Processing Department – prepares daily production schedules and manages vegetable sorting, processing, and packaging. • Receiving Department – inspects incoming raw materials, manages inventory, and places purchase orders. • Food Safety Department – conducts daily pesticide residue testing and supports food safety control. • Logistics Department – organizes daily order dispatch and delivery to supermarkets. I also prepare and review daily operating reports covering sales revenue, raw material costs, operating expenses, cost variances, production output, inventory, and profit. I use Excel extensively to consolidate orders, create production schedules, track purchasing and inventory, analyze operating data, and improve reporting workflows. This role has given me practical experience in production management, supply chain coordination, food safety, cost control, data analysis, and business decision-making. I understand not only how to build spreadsheets, but also how operational data supports planning, efficiency, and profitability.
