Conducted independent research investigating synergistic antimicrobial effects of engineered M13 bacteriophage-ZnO nanoparticle complexes, addressing antimicrobial resistance challenges. Performed comprehensive nucleic acid processing including RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and qPCR analysis for microRNA quantification. Isolated and characterised exosomes using differential centrifugation and size-exclusion chromatography. Conducted functional assays to assess exosome-mediated cancer cell migration.
