Hello,

My name is Simona.

I have been working as a yoga coaching educator for over 20 years.

A few years ago students stated to request more of my coaching sessions, and I have decided to offer my listening and intuition skills to help others.

I prefer to call my self an optimizer more than a coach because I love to help people optimize their life so that they can be more satisfy with themselves and the things they do.


Therefore, my sessions will help you optimize:

  • Your relationships
  • You career
  • Your life


I love listening to people, to motiviate them and to inspire them to find new possibilities!!!

Sometimes when we are inside the chaos, we cannot see clearly, and I love to see clearly for you, and guide you into seeing all the possibilities you have in front of you :-)


My sessions are simple:

  • let's great and meet to know each other
  • tell me your story, what you want to tell me
  • tell me your issue or difficulty
  • let's find a solution together


I can also prepare a plan which might include some Yoga or Qigong to help your energetically move from where you are to where you want to be. Just ask!!
