I will clean and deduplicate your email list without losing a single valid address

A cleaning tool can destroy data quietly. A malformed address like jean..dupont@company.com is silently truncated to dupont@company.com - an address that never existed, now in your list. jose.gonzalez@empresa.es becomes lez@empresa.es. Nothing reports it.
I found both bugs in my own tool while testing. They are permanent test cases now.

WHAT I CHECK
Strict syntax validation. Gmail-aware deduplication (j.smith@ and jsmith@ are the same person). Accents and non-ASCII handled before extraction. Disposable domains removed and listed. Role addresses (contact@, info@) put in their own file. BOM, tabs, mixed separators and broken quoting handled.
WHAT I DO NOT DO
No SMTP or mailbox-existence verification. If you need to know whether a mailbox is live, that is a different service - I say so rather than sell you something else.
SPEED
Measured: 500,000 rows in 17.5 seconds. For a larger list, message me for a custom offer.

Do you verify that the addresses actually exist?
No. I validate syntax, remove duplicates, remove disposable domains and put role addresses in their own file. SMTP mailbox verification is a different service and I will not claim to do it.
Will I lose addresses?
Nothing is discarded silently. Every removed row appears in the rejects file with its reason, so you can put any of them back. Your original file comes back untouched.
What file formats do you accept?
CSV, TXT, TSV and Excel exports. Mixed separators, BOM, broken quoting and accented characters are handled. Just tell me which column holds the address if it is not obvious.
My list is bigger than the Premium package. What then?
Send me the row count and I will send a custom offer. Size is rarely the problem: the tool processed 500,000 rows in 21.6 seconds on a plain machine.
What if my file is confidential?
I process it, deliver the result, and delete both files on request. I never reuse or resell a list. I work from France and I do not pass your list to any third-party verification service.
