Absolutely. The platform utilizes a Zero-Plain-Text Policy for credentials, using AES-256 Fernet Encryption. Your database is hosted on your own Supabase instance, meaning I do not retain access to your leads once the project is handed over.
Can this platform run locally, or does it need to be hosted?
The platform is designed to be fully deployable to the cloud (e.g., Vercel for the Next.js frontend and Railway/AWS for the FastAPI backend). The Premium package includes Docker configurations for streamlined deployment.
Will the AI send emails without my permission?
The system is configurable. You can set the Agentic Workflow Engine to run completely autonomously, or you can require a manual "approve" step before the AI sends its hyper-personalized drafted emails.
What if I use a CRM other than Zoho?
