Directed and monitor the day-to-day Accounts, Financial, Compliance and Internal Audit operations within the Group Companies, such as payroll, Billing System  Seek out methods for efficiency and effectiveness of Standard Operating Procedures & Internal Controls and take necessary action for preventing, detecting and corrective controls .  Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the group  Manage complete accounting function of all four group companies for over 2,000 Million of turnover, from accounting vouchers, reconciliation of ledgers, adjustment and closing of Trail Balance on monthly and yearly basis. Prepare and finalization of Financial Statements SOFP, SOCI, Cash Flow, Changes in Equity along with disclosers in according with relevant IAS and IFRS.  Liaison between External auditors and Office management and taking care of whole audit process.  Manage Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements for six different banks.  Manage monthly disbursements through cheques with deduction tax at source, Monthly lease rental repayment with Interest rates changes, Insurance repayments.  Manage overall Short term, Medium term and Long term financing of group such as Lease facilities with over 140 Million worth, Various Financial Institution, financing of over six difference bank with difference facilities over 400 Million like RF, FATR, bill discounting. From acquisition and renewals as per required under SBP Prudential Regulation  Preparation of Projected ,budgets and Manage cash budget of overall group from idol funds and future fund requirement.  Managing filling of Statutory Tax Returns Sale tax returns through E.FBR Portal on monthly basis and Withholding tax agent from deduction, generation of Challan, payments of tax, and filling of statements U/s 165 & 149  To Act as Company Secretary for all four companies.  Compliance with all statutory requirements of Companies Act 2017
