I worked as a Computer Operator / IT Support Officer at the Education Monitoring Authority, District Shangla, operating under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary & Secondary Education Department. As an IT Support Officer, I provided day-to-day technical assistance to office personnel and field staff. I assisted users with computer hardware and software issues, printers, scanners, file management, connectivity, and other routine IT-related problems. I worked to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize disruption and ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. I also provided technical and operational support to field staff, assisting them with data collection, reporting, digital communication, and the use of computerized systems and other technology-related tools. I communicated relevant instructions, updates and helped resolve issues that could affect the timely submission and processing of information.
