So this is a project i did for a previous client. I acted as their JobTread CRM Specialist and Estimator, completely structuring their commercial retail remodeling workflows, building multi-tiered cost estimates, and transforming their complex construction SOPs into automated to-do task checklists. This optimization eliminated manual data bottlenecks, streamlined their quantity takeoffs, and enabled a flawless 24-hour bid turnaround time for high-ticket commercial retail refreshes and tenant improvements.

So this is a project i did for a previous client. I served as their Remote Construction Project Manager for luxury residential design-build and ADU projects across Southern California, taking full ownership of scheduling, subcontractor tracking, and client communications.
