As a Binance Archangel and Angel Buddy, I contribute to scaling and strengthening the Web3 community across the Balkan region as part of a volunteer-driven Binance Angels program. In this role, I focus on mentorship, community development, and cross-team collaboration, helping drive engagement and adoption within the Binance ecosystem. I support the growth and development of Binance Angels by mentoring their day-to-day activities, guiding their contributions, and helping them become more impactful within the community. I also assist in onboarding and evaluating new candidates through structured programs and Bootcamp initiatives. Working closely with local managers and global teams, I help align regional efforts with broader ecosystem goals, while monitoring community activity and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and retention. Additionally, I support the organization of events, educational sessions, and community initiatives, acting as a bridge between Binance teams, Angels, and the wider Web3 community.
