When are you usually available?
I am nowadays available from 9:30AM(EST) to 6:30-7:00PM(EST), on Friday's I'm unavailable the whole day from 7:00AM(EST) to 4:00PM(EST), custom sessions can definitely be done on Friday's as well however!
I placed an order without contacting you, how long before you can work?
Usually when an order is placed without prior contact - due to timezones issue I won't be able to respond IMMEDIATELY to your order but it will be done the same day if I'm not overbooked. Best thing would be to contact me before placing an order!
If I place an order, how long before you can work on the system?
It can sometime happen that I'm not always on my computer, so after you place an order and If I don't message immediately, expect 5-30 minutes of delay(unless it's night time and I'm most probably asleep), but I will let you know how much time before I start through the inbox.
Is this optimization just for FPS games like warzone?
No, this optimization will be for all games that you play - games such as GTA RP(FiveM) - Forza horizon - CS2, Valorant, Vanguard, Warzone, Battlefield 6 and all other games will have an increase in FPS and reduce in input lag, the increase will vary from game to game!
Will there be a definite performance boost?
Yes, depending on the state of the computer and if there are any optimizations/overclocks/tweaks done prior, the performance increase can be 10-60%(or higher).
Are you able to fix the issue not related to gaming?
Yes - Since my experience has been with hardware board repairing - I'm able to diagnose the issues rather quickly!
Would you assist after the technical support days are over?
Yes - I'll be happy to assist you even if the support days are over & if the problem is remedied by a simple solution I will not be charging you at all!
Are your prices different on some days than the others?
Usually, my prices are firm and If I have a coupon I do send it in a custom offer almost always, However, If I'm overbooked for the next 3-5 days, same day delivery charges could act as an order prioritization status where the order with same day delivery are completed on a priority basis!
