Built a staff inventory system for a fashion brand that makes its own products and sells on Shopify. • Laravel 11 + Filament 3 system for fabric, accessories and finished goods: stock in/out, transfers, adjustments, 10 reports and a live dashboard. • Shopify sync: HMAC-verified webhooks for paid, cancelled and refunded orders, de-duplicated return events, and stock levels pushed back to Shopify. • Multi-warehouse sale waterfall: each sale deducts from three warehouses in priority order, and refunds restore the same split. • WhatsApp Cloud API approvals for stock-in and adjustments, plus low-stock alerts and restock suggestions. • Runs with a queue worker and scheduled jobs on the client's hosting.
