I provide full-scale QuickBooks bookkeeping and regular cleanup services to help business owners stay on top of their finances without getting overwhelmed. My work includes managing accounts receivable and payable, recording all loan activities, maintaining accurate depreciation schedules, and keeping every transaction properly categorized. I also create useful automation rules and take care of undeposited funds to make the whole process smoother and faster. At the end of each month, I perform detailed reconciliations for all bank, credit card, payroll, and loan accounts. After everything matches perfectly, I close the books so they remain clean and tax-ready. I also prepare the main financial statements — Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow — along with clear reports on receivables and payables. What my clients appreciate most is the monthly review meeting I conduct with them. I sit down (virtually or in person) and explain their numbers in plain, easy-to-understand language, highlight key performance areas, and give honest feedback and suggestions that actually help grow their business.
