I’ve spent years in the hospitality and beverage industry working where the real pressure happens—behind the speed wells, in the back-of-house prep rooms, and alongside bartenders, chefs, and beverage directors running high-volume service. Today, I lead commercial hospitality sales and operator onboarding for BarMixxers at Kinetic Bev Solutions, helping bars, craft cocktail lounges, five-star hotels, casino resorts, cruise lines, catering kitchens, and multi-unit restaurant groups streamline their back-of-house batching and inventory prep. Having worked on the floor and wrestled with the same clunky back-office computers and overpriced software that most venues deal with, my job isn't to push bloated $300 to $500/month enterprise contracts. My focus is putting practical, high-speed back-of-house power directly into the hands of working bar and kitchen teams—turning complex 20+ ingredient cocktail, mocktail, and culinary drink specs into exact digital gram-scale production ledgers, vessel splits, and liquor-room bottle pulls in under 60 seconds.
