I can help you troubleshoot any issues or fulfill your needs related to remote work on your PC, laptop, server, or mobile device.
Remote access/control services are only possible through third party providers (examples include AnyDesk, VNC, Microsoft's Remote Assistance tool). Should you have a preference for a specific remote access tool, let me know and I'll accommodate you.
Voice calls are included and will always remain free using Fiverr's built-in Zoom-like meeting room.

How soon can I expect a reply from you?
Most of the time, I reply within 10 minutes. If I’m unavailable, I’ll respond the next day at the latest, and I’ll always notify you if there’s any delay.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Usually just your device type, operating system, and the issue you’re facing. If remote access is needed, you’ll share your remote access tool's assigned ID and password (or file and password if using Microsoft's Remote Assistance tool) with me in Fiverr.

Yes, remote access is safe as long as you always hold control of what's okay and what's not. If you need help, I'll help you find out how to make a killswitch.
What is a killswitch and why do I need one?
A 'killswitch' is a digital event that closes a program or session immediately. I recommend you have a killswitch ready so you can quickly end a remote access session if you don't want me to help further.
What if you can’t fix my issue?
If I can’t resolve the problem, I’ll explain why and suggest alternatives. I only deliver completed work that provides value.
Can I watch while you work?
Absolutely. You'll be able to see and interact just as I do remotely. You're always in control and can end the session at any time.
