Do I need to send you the original audio or video too?
Yes, sending the audio or video alongside the transcript is required. I cross check it to catch errors accurately not just guess at corrections.
How do you deliver the edited transcript?
I deliver as a clean Word document (.docx) with Track Changes enabled so you can see every edit made. Plain text or Google Docs format available on request.
Can you remove filler words like "um," "uh," and "you know"?
Yes. Just let me know in your order instructions. I can remove filler words and false starts to make the transcript clean and easy to read.
What if my audio has multiple speakers?
No problem. I handle multi speaker transcripts and properly label or separate each speaker. Mention the number of speakers when placing your order.
Can you handle technical, medical, or legal transcripts?
Yes. If your audio contains industry specific terms, send a reference list or glossary. This helps ensure accurate editing of specialized content.
What if my audio quality is poor or has background noise?
I will still do my best, but poor audio limits accuracy. Message me first with a sample so I can assess it before you place an order.
Do you work with non English transcripts?
