I'm Sera — a trauma-informed coach with lived experience of a PTSD diagnosis and a growing toolkit of research-backed techniques.
I created Sera M Coaching because I know what it feels like to carry something heavy with nowhere safe to put it down. To need support that is warm, unhurried, and actually understands what you're going through.
I offer 1:1 coaching across five areas: PTSD support, breakup and loneliness, boundaries and self-trust, personal growth, and a safe space to simply talk.
