I serve clients in a variety of industries, including consultants, appraisers, inspectors, designers, home healthcare providers, insurance agents, and more.
What bookkeeping software(s) do you use?
QuickBooks Online. If you do not already use QBO, I can get an account set up for you with a customized Chart of Accounts for your business.
What do you need from me to get started with ongoing bookkeeping services?
Most of my clients choose to give me online, read-only access to their bank accounts so I can access their transactions myself and save them some time. Or, you can choose to provide downloaded statements. I will also provide a list of anything else I may need (depending on your business needs).
How often do you provide financial reports?
Most of my clients choose to get monthly reports so they can keep an eye on their business's success and profitability. I also offer weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly reporting options. It all depends on your needs!
