In 2025 I started a tour operator business on the Canary Islands. Having set up websites, TripAdvisor listings, social media, etc. I build a strong portfolio of skills in digital marketing over the year. It also taught me a lot about how many tourism companies are overly dependent on OTA platforms, like Booking.com or Getyourguide. Nowadays I help botique hotels and lodging providers reduce their strong dependecy on OTAs, and use modern digital marketing tools and mehtods, to secure more direct bookings through your own channels, like your website....
