I will clean, deduplicate excel and CSV data for power bi and sqlite
Data Engineer, SQL and Relational Database Normalization
Over deze dienst
Messy spreadsheets with duplicate rows, broken formulas, and mismatched data types crash Power BI and ruin analytics.
I convert chaotic spreadsheets and raw CSVs into two synchronized, production-grade assets:
1. Clean multi-sheet Excel workbook (.xlsx) ready for instant Power BI & Tableau reporting.
2. Institutional 3NF SQLite database (.sqlite) with a complete relational schema (.sql) for fast SQL querying.
WHAT IS AUDITED & CLEANED:
Deduplication: True unique entities identified and merged without data loss.
Formula & Grid Health: 0 broken formula references (#REF!, #DIV/0!, #VALUE!) and 0 merged cells in data ranges.
Whitespace & Encoding: Strip leading/trailing spaces, non-breaking spaces (\xa0), and control characters.
Identifier Safety: Phone numbers, ZIPs, and IDs protected from scientific notation corruption (1.23E+11).
Date Standardization: 100% ISO-8601 (YYYY-MM-DD) compliance across all temporal columns.
Financial Reconciliation: Numeric totals and balances match to the exact penny ($0.00 drift).
Zero-Trust Privacy Airlock: Data is tokenized locally on an isolated offline machine. Zero PII ever leaves my system.

Veelgestelde vragen
How is my confidential business data protected?
I operate an offline Zero-Trust Privacy Airlock. Before processing, all sensitive PII (names, emails, accounts) is tokenized into cryptographic dummy tokens locally. Your raw data never touches external servers.
Can I load the Excel sheets directly into Power BI?
Yes. Data grids contain zero merged cells, zero embedded blank rows, uniform column datatypes, and standard ISO-8601 dates (YYYY-MM-DD), ensuring instant, error-free Power BI and Tableau ingestion.
How do you guarantee no numbers or rows were lost?
Every package is audited with an automated 8-suite cross-reconciliation harness. It verifies exact row parity (0 delta) and calculates mathematical SUM() totals across SQLite and Excel down to the penny ($0.00 delta).
