I am working for a company called CMSO Concrete Technology. Developed a custom manufacturing tracking and labeling system for a production company using Odoo-based workflows. The objective was to improve product traceability, reduce manual administrative work, and provide employees with better visibility into the production process. The system introduced standardized product labeling, production tracking, and centralized access to operational information. It is currently used by more than 30 employees across the company. One of the main challenges was integrating the solution into existing business processes while keeping the workflow simple and efficient for employees. To address this, I worked closely with management and end users to design a practical solution that could be adopted without disrupting daily operations. Results: • Used daily by 30+ employees • Reduced manual data entry by approximately 15% • Improved production visibility and traceability • Increased efficiency of manufacturing operations
