Is this a digital art?
No, this is hand-drawn in a paper using pencil and watercolor, BUT u will get a HIGH RESOLUTION scan
Will I get source file?
No, u won't get any source file because this is a traditional art, so there will be no layered file. Only a photo scan with high resolution
Can I get more revision for free?
Yes, as long as the revision is a MINOR revision, I can give revisions for free. and for WATERCOLOR I will only provide revision when it's in sketch form. I will update you with it's every process so u won't need too worry.
Will the photo/scan be different from its original color?
Yes, the scan photo might show a slight difference with its original color because of lighting.
Can I do customized size or other media?
Yes, I also do acrylic, and yes you can also request for another size but please make sure to CONTACT ME first.
Can the shipping cost be cheaper/costumized?
Depends, you cam CONTACT me first so I can ensure the actual shipping fee from where I live and the place that you live. The shipping cost can be cheaper, but can also be higher.
Can u do other than dog?
Yes, Even though the sample is only dog, but I can draw other than dog, as long as it's an animal.
Will there be a shipping guarantee?
No, there will not be a shipping guarantee. We will ensure that your product is packed in a proper and safe way, but after the product is shipped, the shipping risk is in the buyer hand's
