When a single user creates an Excel worksheet, it can be very difficult for someone else to use. This is because it can be difficult to navigate, unclear as to what the user can modify, and may be highly manual and include errors.
The service offered is to review existing worksheets with the objective of appropriate redesigning and modification to create a more professional Excel worksheet that is:
- logically structured
- automated
- error-free
- user-friendly
The service is divided into 3 categories:
- Basic- creation of flowcharts to describe dataflow
- Standard- recommendations for redesigning the worksheet
- Premium- implementation of the recommendations
Design modifications will include (where appropriate):
- Consistent formatting
- Full use of Cell Styles.
- Creation of Named Ranges and applying formula using Named Ranges rather than A1 notation.
- Automated navigation between flowcharts and Named Ranges.
- Creation of macros (inclusive of forms and classes).
- Identification of whether macros should be collated in addins.
- Creation of Excel structured tables and pivot tables.
The design modifications do not include database integration.

The worksheet gig tidies up individual worksheets. The workbook gig focuses on inter-worksheet management. It is recommended that if you want to apply my methods to a complete workbook you purchase both gigs and start the workbook redesign gig first as this will affect worksheets.
What happens if I have multiple worksheets that are similar in structure? Do I have to pay for each worksheet?
No, I create a template worksheet that will be copied to create multiple worksheets. However, you may have to use the extra service to enable copying of the worksheet and yet retain the data.
