Over deze dienst
Stripe integration, subscription billing and webhook fixes. Checkout broken? I name the cause in minutes.
Four failures cause most of it. A webhook signature that fails silently, so Stripe thinks it delivered and your database never hears about the payment. No idempotency check on event.id, so a retry charges the same card twice. Test keys still live in production, so the session builds and never completes. Failed payments with no dunning, so subscribers churn quietly and nobody notices for a month.
I fix all four, and I build the parts most integrations skip: Stripe Checkout or Elements, subscription plans, trials, proration, upgrades and downgrades, the customer portal, invoices, refunds, coupons, metered usage, Stripe Connect for marketplaces, Stripe Tax where sales tax is calculating wrong, and 3D Secure so European cards stop declining.
Node, Next.js, Django, Laravel, Supabase edge functions, Firebase, Lovable, Bubble, Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce.
Send me the browser console from your checkout page. I'll tell you which of the four it is before you order anything.

Veelgestelde vragen
How do I know you can actually fix it before I pay?
Send me two things: a screenshot of the browser console on your checkout page, and a screenshot of the webhook attempts list in your Stripe dashboard. I'll tell you the cause and what it takes to fix, free, before you order. If I can't name it from those two, I say so.
Can you break something and cost me real money?
No. I work in test mode against a copy of your webhook handler, prove the fix with Stripe CLI event triggers, then deploy. Nothing touches live charges until it passes in test. And I never write directly to your payment tables, only through the handler you already have.
What if payments were already lost while it was broken?
That's the first thing I check, and it's usually worse than people expect. Stripe keeps every event for 30 days. I replay the failed deliveries against your fixed handler, so the payments your database missed get recorded properly instead of staying invisible.
Why does this cost more than a general web developer?
Because a general developer will fix the symptom. A checkout that spins gets a spinner fix, and the duplicate charges keep happening because nobody checked idempotency. Payment bugs cost money every day they run. That's a different job to a broken page.
