What happens if an update breaks my site?
We take a backup before every update round and check the site after it, so if something breaks we roll back within minutes and then fix the conflict properly. That is the whole reason we update by hand instead of letting WordPress auto-update everything.
What counts as one hour of work?
Small changes and fixes you would otherwise wait weeks for: text and image edits, a new page from an existing template, a plugin setting, a form that stopped sending, a broken layout after an update. Updates, backups, security and the report are included on top.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
No. The hours are reserved capacity in our month, not a bank. If you know a bigger job is coming, tell us and we will send a separate offer for it instead.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. There is no lock-in and no notice period. Your website, hosting, domain and backups stay yours, and we hand over anything we set up.
What access do you need?
A WordPress administrator account is the minimum. Hosting or FTP access lets us set up off-server backups and recover the site if it goes down, so for Standard and Premium we ask for it. Create separate accounts for us and remove them the day you stop the plan.
What is the white-label report?
The Premium monthly report carries your logo and your business name instead of ours, so you can forward it to your own client as your own work. Useful if you look after websites for other people and want the maintenance to be visibly yours.
Do you handle WooCommerce stores?
Yes - choose Premium. We update WooCommerce and the payment and shipping plugins, then place a test order through cart and checkout after every update, because that is where a silent break costs you money.
What is not included?
A redesign, new features beyond the included hours, content writing and translations, paid plugin or hosting licences, and design work on a new site. We will quote those separately - no surprise invoices.
Is a monthly plan cheaper than paying for fixes one by one?
It depends on your site. The plan covers updates, backups, monitoring and included hours of work at one fixed monthly price, so small problems get caught early instead of turning into emergency jobs. If you only need one thing fixed, a one off order can suit you better and we will say so.
