Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please message me first with a short description of your workflow and required features. I will confirm the scope, package, price and delivery time before you order.
What information do you need to estimate my application?
Please provide the purpose of the application, required user actions, sample files or data, preferred operating system, expected integrations and any reference interface you like.
Which operating systems do you support?
Windows is the default platform for this Gig. macOS or Linux support may be available depending on the selected technology and must be agreed before ordering.
Can the application work with Excel, CSV or PDF files?
Yes. I can build applications that import, validate, process, search, organize and export Excel, CSV, PDF and other structured business data.
Can you connect the desktop app to an API or cloud service?
Yes. API, cloud database, authentication and external service integrations are available when technically suitable. Integration complexity may affect the price and delivery time.
Is the source code included?
Source code is included in the Standard and Premium packages. It can be added to the Basic package as an extra service.
What counts as one feature?
A feature is one clearly defined user action or workflow, such as importing an Excel file, creating a record, generating a report or searching stored data.
What is considered a revision?
A revision is a correction or adjustment within the previously approved scope. New features, new integrations, major interface changes or changed requirements are quoted separately.
Will I receive an installer or executable file?
Yes, when included in the selected package or purchased as an extra. I can provide a Windows executable or installer depending on the application architecture.
Can you continue developing the application after delivery?
Yes. Additional modules, improvements, maintenance and integrations can be provided through a separate custom offer after the initial project is completed.
