What file format will I receive?
You will receive a high-quality 300 DPI PNG file perfectly sized for 20oz skinny straight tumblers. The file will be delivered with a transparent background or a solid color, depending on the design requirements.
Can I sell the physical tumblers I print your design on?
Yes, absolutely! All our packages include a Commercial Use License. You are fully permitted to sell the physical products. However, you are not allowed to sell or distribute the digital PNG/SVG file itself.
the design guaranteed to be seamless?
Yes. The design is always created as a full-wrap repeating pattern ensuring the seam line is invisible when applied to the tumbler, resulting in a flawless product.
Can I modify the design you provide on Canva?
Yes, to some extent. You can upload the PNG file to Canva to add text or your logo. Please note: You will not be able to edit individual pattern elements (color, shape, etc.) because the PNG is a flattened image.
What is the Source File (SVG/EPS)?
This is the master vector file. It allows you to infinitely resize the pattern without quality loss and individually edit colors and elements in graphics software (like Adobe Illustrator). It is included in the Premium package.
