Performed system-level impact analysis for Thin Jaw migration across Pramana Autonomous Whole Slide Imaging (WSI) systems, validating robot calibration workflows and identifying required configuration changes without software code modifications. Designed and implemented a computer vision-based protruding coverslip detection module using Python and OpenCV, applying absolute difference and dual-thresholding techniques to automate microscope slide inspection and defect detection. Developed the Pramana Analytics Tool using Python, FastAPI and MongoDB to collect and analyze robotic arm logs, supporting statistical analysis, time-series analysis and operational diagnostics for robotic scanner systems. Calibrated and validated UR3e industrial robots for robotic slide-handling systems, supporting precise robot–scanner alignment, reliable automated workflows and production testing. Supported robotics system validation and troubleshooting by analyzing robot behaviour, calibration workflows, configuration changes and system-level interactions within automated microscopy systems.
