I worked with a UK-based eCommerce store whose Google Merchant Center account was suspended due to “Website Needs Improvement” and broken link issues. After a detailed audit of both the website and Google Merchant Center, I identified that while the store had a professional design and sufficient content, the internal linking structure was not properly implemented. Several important pages were not correctly connected, which impacted both user experience and Google compliance.
