I will import and clean your contact lists into hubspot pipedrive or any crm

Over deze dienst
I take the contact list you already have - exported from a CRM, collected by hand, or spread across ten spreadsheets - and turn it into one clean file your CRM accepts on the first try.
What I do:
- Merge every source into one table and remove exact and near-duplicate rows (same company spelled two ways, same person with two addresses).
- Normalise the fields: company name, website, country, city, job title, phone in E.164, first and last name split.
- Validate business contacts with syntax, domain and MX checks, and flag risky rows instead of deleting them.
- Map the columns to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce or your own template, so the import runs without red errors.
- Fill gaps from public sources: website, country, industry, company size.
What you get:
- an import-ready CSV or XLSX for your CRM
- a second file with everything removed or flagged, and the reason for each row
- a short summary: rows in, rows out, duplicates found, invalid contacts found.
250, 500 or 1000 contacts per package; larger lists by agreement. Tell me which CRM you use and send a sample of 20 rows - I will tell you what can be fixed before you order.

Veelgestelde vragen
Will the file import into my CRM without errors?
I map the columns to your CRM template and check the import structure before delivery. If your CRM still rejects rows because of the mapping, I fix it at no extra cost within the revision period.
Do you build lists from scratch, or only clean mine?
This Gig works with the list you already own. If you need a new list built from public sources, message me before ordering and I will say what is realistic for your market.
How do you handle duplicates and bad rows?
Exact and near-duplicates are merged into the most complete record. Invalid rows are never deleted silently - they go into a separate file with the reason, so you decide what to drop.
What file formats do you accept?
CSV, XLSX, Google Sheets, or a raw export from any CRM. If the file is messy - merged cells, several tables on one sheet, headers in the middle - send it as it is, that is part of the job.
