I have a background in social work, as well as certifications in rehabilitation and nutrition coaching. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard without judgment and treated with respect. Throughout my work, I supported individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities as well as older adults, providing one-to-one support and a safe space where they could openly share their thoughts and concerns.
