I can help you prepare with a realistic mock interview and practical, personalised feedback designed around the role you're applying for.
I have 8+ years of experience across UK banking, mortgage broking, financial services and client-facing sales, as well as experience training colleagues and supporting adviser recruitment and onboarding.
My coaching focuses on helping you communicate your experience clearly, structure stronger answers and feel more confident under interview pressure.

Yes. The mock interview can be structured around your job description and the information you provide about the interview process. I can also ask follow-up questions based on your answers.
Do you use the STAR method?
Yes. Where appropriate, I can help you structure competency and behavioural answers using STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) and make your examples more concise and effective.
Can you review my CV?
Yes. You can provide your CV as part of the preparation, particularly if you'd like help identifying which experience and achievements to emphasise during the interview.
Can you help with multiple interviews?
Absolutely. If you have several upcoming interviews, we can work through them individually and tailor each preparation session to the relevant role. Please message me with the details and I can create a custom offer if needed.
Can you guarantee that I will get the job?
No. I can't guarantee an interview outcome, but I can help you prepare thoroughly, practise realistic interview situations and identify areas where you can improve your performance.
