Over deze dienst
Teenagers working out at the gym has always been a big concern for parents. There's a common myth that heavy lifting can cause injuries and even stunt growth amongst teenagers which is why we decided to create a workout plan tailored to the developing bodies of teenagers.
Our workout plan achieves this by focusing on minimalizing the pressure on the growth plates and focusing on higher rep (repetition) ranges & optimal execution of exercises. Based off of our personal experiences working out not only makes us stronger and healthier but boosts self esteem and confidence levels.

Veelgestelde vragen
Does Working out stunt growth?
There is a mutual agreement amongst professionals that indicate working out amongst teenagers DOES NOT stunt growth as long as exercises are performed correctly, with adequate form.
How long does it take to see first results?
Everybody is different. On average it takes 2 weeks+ to see results in the mirror, if you're just starting off your workout journey. However, a increase in strength can be expected much sooner after a mere week of training
Will other People Judge me at the gym?
From our personal experience? No. Most people at the gym are there to improve themselves and are too focused on what they're doing to be checking out others.
