Tracked data post-launch for performance analysis. • Led regional rollout of recurring Apple Pay & Google Pay across 5 markets in APAC (AU, NZ, SG, MY, and HK), cutting payment method setup time by 90% via biometric authentication; achieved 70%+ first-payment success within the first billing cycle post-launch • Defined and delivered the Payment Capture Page roadmap, replacing the legacy Hosted Payment Page to support new digital wallets, payment recovery, and partner-branded checkout experiences while simplifying the customer flow and reducing the number of steps by at least 50% to add a payment method • Led Tap to Pay pilot launch for contactless payments on supported mobile devices, achieving 90%+ self-serve merchant onboarding success and an 80–90% first-payment success rate, clearing the bar for full merchant rollout across APAC • Collaborated on a company-wide initiative, identifying where AI could streamline and automate internal processes, bringing that same lens to how AI can reshape product workflows and operations.
