How does the remote session work?
Once you place an order I'll send you a link to connect to your computer remotely. All you need is an internet connection.
What remote tools do you use?
I use industry standard remote access software. Your session is secure and I only access your computer with your permission.
What if my issue isn't fixed?
I'll work with you until the problem is resolved within the scope of your package. If the issue is beyond the package scope I'll let you know upfront before charging anything extra.
Do you support Mac or only Windows?
Currently I specialize in Windows PCs and Microsoft 365. Mac support is limited.
Is my data safe during the session?
Yes. I never access, copy, or store any of your personal files. You can watch everything I do on your screen in real time.
