How fast can you fix my site?
Most single errors are fixed within a few hours of getting access. The Basic package is delivered within 1 day; message me first if it's an emergency.
What if you can't fix it?
If the cause is outside WordPress (for example a hosting server fault), I'll explain exactly what's wrong and what to ask your host. If I can't fix the issue, you can cancel the order.
What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin user, and hosting or cPanel access if the site won't load at all (so I can read the error logs and disable the faulty plugin).
Will I lose any content?
No. I take a full backup of files and database before changing anything, so your content is safe and everything can be restored if needed.
