I work across a range of projects, from performances to educational programmes delivered in schools and community settings. A significant part of my work is bringing organisation to projects involving multiple stakeholders. This includes breaking projects down to their core 'pillars,' assigning responsibilities, and ensuring everyone involved understands what needs to happen and when. I also lead on problem-solving when projects face challenges, adapting plans where needed and keeping delivery on track without losing sight of the overall goal. Alongside this, I contribute to strategic development, formulating new ideas, systems, and programmes within the organisation.
