Over mij
I'm a native Chinese speaker based in Guangzhou (GMT+8), providing Chinese customer service for international e-commerce and SaaS brands.
I help foreign businesses handle Chinese-speaking buyers — responding to inquiries, managing live chat/email, and resolving issues in fluent Chinese.
What I bring:
- 100% native replies (not Google Translate)
- Response within 2 hours during 9:00-23:00 Beijing time
- Daily English summary so you know what happened
- China sourcing: factory visits, freight forwarding, domestic booking
Experienced with Shopify, Taobao/Alibaba, and Chinese social media.
