What Ill do
- Upgrade AGP, Gradle, Kotlin plugin and JDK to match Android 15/16 requirements.
- Set targetSdkVersion to API 35/36 and adjust build settings.
- Install/configure NDK r28+ and rebuild native libraries with 16 KB memory page support.
- Update Flutter projects (Flutter SDK, Gradle plugin, and native plugin compatibility).
- Fix dependency and Gradle conflicts that block builds.
- Run sanity tests on Android 15 emulator and, if available, a physical device (Pixel recommended).
- Upload to Play Console internal track and check warnings; review Crash/ANR reports.
- Fix Status bar icons color android 15
