What details or assets do I need to provide before you start?
To get started, you will need to provide your app name, brand logos (PNG or vector format), preferred color scheme, and your DNS/server URL. If your order includes an admin panel setup, I will also need access to your Web Hosting or Server details (cPanel, DirectAdmin, or VPS).
Will my rebranded app work on all devices?
Yes! Depending on the package you choose, the application will be customized and optimized to run smoothly across supported Android devices, including Android Mobile, Android TV, Firestick, and Smart TV environments.
Does this service include live streams, channels, or content subscriptions?
No. This service is strictly limited to application customization, software UI design, and admin panel setup. I do not sell, host, or provide any media content, playlists, streams, or channels. You must bring your own authorized media backend or panel.
Can you set up multi DNS or auto redirect links for server redundancy?
Yes! In the Standard and Premium packages, I can hardcode multiple DNS links into the application. This ensures that if one server URL experiences downtime, your app can automatically switch or default to a backup link without requiring a manual app update for your users.
Can I manage or update settings after the project is completed?
Absolutely. If you select a package that includes an Admin Web Panel, I will install and configure it so you can easily manage DNS links, update notice banners, push app announcements, and adjust user layouts directly from your web browser.
