Yes, you need a Canva account. All templates are fully editable and reusable. You can use the free version of Canva editor
Can you create content for templates?
I can create fully editable and 100% reusable (PDF templates) for your brand, but I do not create ready-made posts and content. The templates are very easy to edit and you can easily add your content (Just replace the pictures and edit the text). Also I can show you the basic functions of the editor
Do I need a color palette?
