What information do you need before starting?
share your cell chemistry (Li-ion, LiPo, or LiFePO4), cell configuration (e.g., 4S2P), maximum charge and discharge current in amps, and your application type. I'll recommend the right package and begin immediately.
Will the files be ready for JLCPCB or PCBWay?
Yes. Every delivery includes Gerber files, BOM with LCSC part numbers, and CPL/Pick & Place files formatted specifically for JLCPCB SMT assembly service. You can upload and order directly.
Can you provide the firmware for the BMS?
Yes! If your design includes a smart IC or MCU (like the TI BQ series), I can provide the basic configuration and firmware setup via I2C/UART.
Can this BMS handle high current applications like EVs?
