Over deze dienst
Are your business or outreach emails landing in the spam folder? Major providers like Gmail, Yahoo, & Microsoft strictly require proper email authentication to trust your domain. Without it, your sender reputation drops & emails get flagged.
I will audit, configure, & optimize your DNS records to fix deliverability & stop your emails from going to spam!
What I Offer:
- SPF: Authorize sending servers (Google, O365, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) while avoiding the 10-lookup limit.
- DKIM: Set up 2048-bit encryption keys to verify your domain identity.
- DMARC: Configure custom policies (p=none/quarantine/reject) & aggregate reporting.
- BIMI: Display your official logo in inboxes (Gmail/Yahoo) for maximum trust.
- DNS Cleanup: MX, PTR/rDNS, Google Postmaster Tools & blacklist removal.
Supported Platforms: Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Workspace, Office 365, cPanel, Plesk, AWS, Hostinger, & more.
Why Choose Me?
- 100% Tested: Verified with industry deliverability tools before delivery.
- Fast Turnaround: Most setups are completed in just a few hours.
Message me with your domain name and email provider before ordering for a free check!

Veelgestelde vragen
What information or access do you need to get started?
I will need access to your DNS provider (e.g., Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap) and the names of all the platforms sending emails on behalf of your domain (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, active CRM, etc).
Will setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC instantly fix my spam issues?
Email authentication is the single most critical technical foundation required by Google and Yahoo. While it resolves immediate technical flags and prevents spoofing, full inbox placement also depends on your sender reputation, email content quality, and warm-up history.
How long does it take for DNS changes to take effect?
DNS propagation usually takes between 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your domain host, though most setups reflect within 1 to 2 hours. I verify every record using live diagnostic tools before completing the order.
Can I set up BIMI with a standard free logo?
While you can publish a BIMI SVG logo record in DNS, major mailbox providers like Gmail and Yahoo require a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC)—a paid third-party security certificate—to display the logo in inboxes. I will format your SVG logo according to BIMI standards and guide you through the VMC pr
Will this setup disrupt my current active email delivery?
No. I configure DMARC using a safe monitoring policy (p=none) initially so that your existing business and marketing emails continue to deliver without interruptions while authenticating all authorized senders.
What is the 10 DNS lookup limit for SPF, and do you fix it?
The SPF protocol restricts records to a maximum of 10 external DNS lookups. Exceeding this limit causes SPF checks to fail permanently. If your domain uses multiple tools, I will audit and optimize/flatten your SPF record to stay within limits.
