Do you sign NDAs or guarantee data privacy?
Yes. I work with sensitive real estate and financial data daily. All files are processed locally (not on cloud servers) and permanently deleted 24 hours after the final order is approved.
Do I get the Python code, or just the Excel file?
In the Standard and Premium packages, you receive the raw, commented Python script alongside your cleaned data. This means you own the automation tool and can reuse it for future files without paying me again.
What if my PDF is scanned or an image, not digital text?
Digital text PDFs (where you can highlight the text) are processed using Camelot/pdfplumber. If your PDF is a scanned image, message me first, I will need to deploy OCR (Optical Character Recognition) libraries, which requires a custom quote.
My file is larger than the Premium package limits. What now?
Python handles 10,000 pages almost as fast as 10 pages. My limits are based on structural complexity, not just page count. Message me for bulk processing and I will send a custom offer.
How will the final Excel file look?
It will be executive-ready. I use OpenPyXL to automatically freeze the top row, bold the headers, and expand column widths so the text is instantly readable without manual adjustment on your end.
