Asana Practice Lead

Faye is a 200-person software consultancy (Asana, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM partner) based in Calabasas, California. Joined as Practice Lead and took over the Asana practice for North America. Ran the Asana services and delivery team end to end: pre-sales scoping, implementation, onboarding and ongoing support. Guided and closed deals with NASA, Space Force and multiple DC.GOV agencies, then personally handled onboarding Asana into their stacks, consulted with Space Force on rollout, and identified cross-stack automation opportunities for NASA. Set the practice's day-to-day direction so delivery was organised around customer revenue, retention and satisfaction rather than billable hours. The job was understanding the platform deeply enough to tell the delivery team what would actually serve the customer, not just what was sold. This is where the platform-consulting side of TekConnected came from: the same pre-sales to delivery to support model, applied now to Monday.com, Asana and custom builds.
